Obituary of Maria Luisser

Luisser, Maria Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Sunday September 29, 2019 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her husband Steve (1995). Loving mother of Steve (Shirley) and Hilda (Kevin), cherished Oma to Frank (Kim), William (Rei), Stephanie (Scott), Melissa (Tyler) and Ryan (Robyn), Great-Oma to Annabelle, Noah, Liam, Ethan, Nico, Kent and Jakob. Maria was known as Oma to everyone and was famous for her delicious Austrian cooking Schnitzel and Salzstangels. She will be missed by many relatives, friends and her favorite feline Max. Thank you to the medical staff at Headwaters Health Care Centre and especially the dialysis team for all their loving care over the last 5 years. A private family graveside service has taken place at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge. A Celebration of Maria’s life will take place on Saturday October 19, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the In Memoriam Life Celebration Centre, 633419 Highway 10, Mono, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dialysis Unit at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville would be appreciated by the family.
