PROFESSIONAL & STAFF SERVICES (HST Applicable)
Professional: $850.00
Professional consultation with licensed personnel, including, but not limited to, expert advice on options to meet your needs.
Coordinating Activities, Rites and Ceremonies: $400.00
Co-ordination of all Activities, Rites and Ceremonies, before, during and after they have been provided,
including services and supplies provided by us, as well as those provided by third party suppliers,
but not limited to, Death Registration, obtain Burial Permit, Coroners Certificate for Cremation, Flowers and Death Notices.
Documentation: $250.00
- Completion and filing of all documents necessary to carry out the services and supplies requested, including, but not limited to, death registration, burial permit, coroner’s certificate for cremation, documentation necessary to ship the body out of the country.
- Provision of 10 'Proof of Death Certificates' issued by In Memoriam Funeral Services.
NOTE: (our proofs of death are usually accepted for most estate settlement purposes, but sometimes a provincial “Death Certificate” will be necessary and is available from the Office of the Registrar General)
Basic Preparation: (Requires Facilities for Shelter) $150.00
The preparation of your loved one for placement into the casket/ Cremation Container
Dressing Only: (Requires Facilities for Shelter) $100.00
This service includes the dressing of your loved one with clothing provided by Family, but does not include further Preparations such as Washing, Cosmetics, etc.
Preparation with Washing and Dressing: (Requires Facilities for Shelter) $300.00
Dressing in clothes supplied by family, Bathing, Cosmetics if required. And no Chemical Embalming.
Washing Ritual/Ceremonies: (Requires Facilities for Shelter) $300.00
Family comes in to conduct washing of loved ones body.
Embalming: (In Addition to Basic Preparation) $450.00
Embalming is the process of replacing blood and bodily fluids with chemical preservatives. It is a process
of sanitation, restoration and temporary preservation. Embalming is not legally required, however, may be recommended to preserve your Loved One between time of death, and the visitation or disposition at the cemetery or crematorium. Our professional Funeral Directors will make a recommendation based on the condition of your Loved Ones remains and expected service needs.
Staff Services for Visitation/Ceremony/Reception: (Priced Per Hour) $250.00
Assemble and Disassemble: (Minimum of $150.00 to Maximum $650.00)
Service to assemble and disassemble facility of choice, include set-up of Visitation Area, Display of Floral Arrangements, Photographs, Memorial Boards, Church Set-Up, Reception Set-Up, etc.
Graveside Service Set-Up for Cremated Remains: $500.00
Set-up gravesite for ceremony
Staff attendance at cemetery
Coordinating activities, rites & ceremonies
(This does not include disbursements such as, but not limited to; Interment costs, plots or niche, opening/closing etc.)
FACILITIES
Facilities for Shelter $200.00
A dedicated locked and secure holding room equipped to shelter the deceased while in our care.
Facilities for Visitation: (requires staff services for visitation) (Per-Day Rate) $600.00
Third Party Facilities used for services will be charged at current facility rates quoted.
Facilities for Ceremony: (requires staff services for visitation) (Per-Day Rate) $400.00
Third Party facilities used for the Ceremony or Memorial Service and Funerals.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation of your Loved One from Place of Death: (Using an unmarked van) $200.00
Vehicles and equipment needed to transport the deceased with dignity and respect from place of death. Depending on place of death and situations beyond our control a second staff member may be required.
(One way within 100 km; additional fees apply beyond 100 km)
Transportation to Cemetery/Crematorium: (Using an unmarked van) $265.00
Lead/General Admin Vehicle $200.00
To transport clergy to and from Ceremony/Cemetery, Obtaining Permits, Documentation and any other necessary tasks.
Funeral Coach: 3 Hour Minimum (Additional cost of $50.00 per hour, after 3 hours) $500.00
Specially designed vehicle designated to transport body and casket to the Cemetery or Crematorium.
Limousine: 3 Hour Minimum (Additional cost of $200.00 per hour, after 3 hours) $650.00
Six Passenger Limousine to transport family to Cemetery or Crematorium.
Additional Mileage: $2.00 Per KM
Mileage traveled beyond 100 km from In Memoriam will be charged at $2.00 per km.

Additional charge for providing funeral services on weekends and statutory holidays.
Cremation Container:
IMFS Standard Size - Cremation Container $150.00
IMFS XL - Cremation Container $350.00
- Basic cremation container for cremation of body in standard size or oversized. Must be approved cremation container. Upgrade containers and pricing available upon request.
Urn (Standard Cremation) $200.00
Wooden-Butterworth 1510-colour choice of cherry, natural or white
Removal of Pacemaker or Implant $75.00
The removal of a pacemaker or implant will be carried out by a licensed professional.
Cremated Remains Delivery: (Up to 50 Km Round Trip) $50.00
(Additional cost after 50 km allowance - $2.00 per km)
Identification $200.00
Private time for immediate family to view deceased for 30 minutes. Additional $100.00 for viewings on weekends and statutory holidays.
Shipping of Cremated Remains: $50.00
Coordinate & package of cremated remains to be shipped by mail or courier.
(Does not included Canada Post or Courier costs-charges determined by shipping service)
Death Certificate Pick-Up: $150.00
Obtaining from Doctor when not left at place of death, up to 50km Round Trip.
Additional mileage will be charged at a rate of $2.00 per km.
Witnessing of Cremation $250.00
Max 5 people to attend and start the cremation process. Additional fees may be charged for weekends and evenings.
Rush Fee on Cremation: (Remains required within 24 hours) $250.00
After Hours & Weekend/Holidays Removals: 5:00 p.m.-8:30 a.m. $150.00
Additional Staff for Transfer - 2 Staff Required: $125.00
Body Pouch: $60.00
Contagious Disease Handling/Bio Hazard $350.00
Includes full PPE for 2 staff, supplies and equipment as needed.
Over-sized Care: $350.00
For people greater than lbs. This fee includes everything that may be necessary to handle an over-sized body with care and dignity. Includes any additional staff needed for dignified care of the body.
Refundable Deposit for Cremated Remains: $350.00
When human remains are to be cremated, a refundable deposit will be required to be paid. If the cremated remains are not claimed within one year of the cremation, the deposit may be used to inter the cremated remains in common ground. If the cremated remains are claimed before they are interred, the deposit will be refunded.

CATERING SERVICES
Catering Services: (Based on per person cost) $15.00
Assorted Gormet Sandwiches & Wraps, Veggie/Cheese/Fruit/Pickle/Dessert Tray’s, Coffee, Tea, Water, and Juice. Alcohol beverages available upon request.
Hostess Fees:
Up to 50 people: $250.00
Up to 100 people: $350.00
Up to 200 people: $400.00
Bartender Fee: (per hour, minimum of 3 hours) $40.00
Bartenders are based on number of people in attendance. All bartenders will be Smart Serve Certified per iAGCO requirements. (1 bartender for every 50 guests)
Payment Options: We accept the following payment options - Cash, Cheque, Bank Draft, Debit, Visa or Mastercard. All credit card transactions are subject to 2.4% processing fees.

DISBURSEMENTS (Charged At Cost - HST Applicable)
Disbursements are items arranged for and possibly paid for on your behalf by us. You are expected to pay for these items at the time the contract is entered into. The following are some items that are often identified as disbursements.
Cremation Fee: (Southwest Crematorium) $495.00 HST Applicable
This is a fee charged by Southwest re for cremation. Other crematoriums are available for cremation at varying prices.
Coroner's Fee $75.00 HST Exempt
This is a fee charged by the coroner for issuing a certificate that allows cremation to take place. The fee is set by the Chief Coroner for Ontario. Municipal death registration fee: Grey Highlands
Municipal Death Registration Fee: (Town of Grand Valley) HST Exempt $5.00
This is a fee charged by Town of Shelburne to register the death. The fee is set by the municipality and is HST exempt.
Clergy Honorarium: Varies HST Exempt
This is an amount paid to the clergy for their services. In some cases the amount is set by the clergy, in others it is an amount to be determined by you.
Newspaper or radio notices - Varies HST Applicable
These are charges for death notices placed in newspapers or radio or other media outlets.
Flowers - Varies HST Applicable
IMFS may arrange to order flowers or the family may order on their own
