Husband of the Late Ida Maria (August 8th, 2018); loving father of Terry (Debra), Wally and Mary Beth (Ian); proud Opa of Benoit, Ariana, Merrik, Kyle, Derek, Lucas and Taryn; brother of Riet and predeceased by twin brother Henk, Hans, Wim and sisters Jacoba, Truus and Sjaan. Dick will be missed by many relatives and friends. At Dick's request, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
