Obituary of Hatsue Tanaka

Hatsue Tanaka Sept.19th 1967 -Mar. 28th. 2019 In loving memory of Hatsue, a wonderful mother to Ai, loving sister to Yuriko and caring daughter of Sueo and Kyoko Tanaka. Much loved daughter in law to Pat and Fred Hollidge and deceased husband Rob. Hatsue's passion for animals, TKD, Pokemon go, nature and others allowed her to create diverse friendships over the years, evident in the out pouring of love sent her way these recent months. Hatsue loved her Japanese heritage but was also immensely proud of being a Canadian citizen. She lived life to its fullest, dedicating herself to her precious Ai, while becoming an accomplished 5th. degree black belt instructor in Taekwondo and loving her role as hockey mom and never ending helper to others. She touched so many lives, she'll be greatly missed. The family would like to express their gratitude towards the Headwaters Health Care Centre – Oncology and E Wing Staff, for their wonderful care, Dr. Candusso, Dr. Balcewicz and Dr. Grover for their compassion and empathy shown to Hatsue, it meant so much to her and her friends. A big thank you to Yazmin and Jocelyn for their dedication to home care and Bethell House Hospice for their compassion and dignity they showed Hatsue. A Memorial Visitation to celebrate Hatsue's Life will be held at the In Memoriam Life Celebration Centre, 633419 Highway 10, Mono, Ontario on Tuesday April 2nd, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the OSPCA or Bethell House Hospice in memory of Hatsue. In Memoriam Funeral Services Inc. has been given the honour to serve the Tanaka Family.
