Obituary of Louise BOWMAN

Louise Bowman (née Speers)

August 19, 1926 - December 11, 2023

Louise slipped away peacefully on the evening of December 11, 2023, at the age of 97. It may have been to a tune by the Lawrence Welk Orchestra, or the memory of the slap of a corn broom on a curling sheet. 

Predeceased by her husband, Sheldon Bowman, her sisters, Anna Speers and Bernie Scott, and her brothers, Jack and Roy Speers.

Mom is loved and remembered by her children, Jamie Houghton (Leanne), Marilyn Gray (Randy), Margaret Spencer (Derek) and Cathy Thompson (Blair). Also remembered by the Bowman Family. 

Mom was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place and a family service will be held at a later date.
