Diego Lee Barna
July 14, 1981 - November 26, 2023
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Diego Lee Barna on November 26th, 2023 after a short battle with cancer at the age of 42.
He is survived by his parents; Nora Curia & Ruben Barna, his sister Yanina Mirabelli (Mark Martin) and his favourite person in the world, his niece Celeste Martin.
Diego will fondly be remembered for his epic sense of humour and kindness. He had a passion for soccer "Vamos Argentina!" and a love of movies, friends and family.
Diego has been cremated and a graveside service will be held in the spring. More details to follow.
A special thank you to Bethell Hospice nurses and volunteers for taking such good care of him in his last days.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Bethell Hospice in Diegos name.
