James (Jamie) FERRIS

July 16, 1971 - May 11, 2023

Our Dad Jamie was the most amazing man inside and out. He was loved by so many people and communities from all walks of the world; he will truly always be a larger than life person. The impact he had on so many people’s lives is remarkable. He was always wanting to help others, make others happy and always put the people he loved first. No matter what his situation, he was always there to go above and beyond for the people he cared for.

He had a huge love for life; he was adventurous, courageous, free-spirited and talented in everything he did. My sister, brother and I were so beyond blessed to have our Dad. He was our biggest supporter, our safe place, our protector; he was invincible to us. The love that he had for us was unmeasurable and unconditional. He was so proud and supportive of every little thing we’ve done, and he made sure to let everyone know it. He’ll always be known as being strong, smart, hilarious, caring, friendly, adventurous; the list could go on forever. No one can ever measure up to the man he was and he will forever be remembered, loved and most of all missed.

The family will be hosting a public event on Sunday, May 28th, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM,  at the Hereward Farms - 141051 Sideroad 15, East Garafraxa, ON.  Words of rememberance will take place at 12:30 PM.
