One of my fondest memories is when we came across some teenagers in the town Hall park and they were not doing so well they were hungry and dazed I dealt with the situation and he road his bike up to Pizza pizza bought them a pizza brought it back on his bike and then he split the cab fare with me to make sure these kids got home safe to the youth shelter. He will be missed but never forgotten. Xo RIP PETE

I've known Pete for many years. We spent many great times hanging out with friends, jamming and just having fun. He was always full of new inventive idea's, always full of positivity and inspiration. You are really going to be missed Popsicle Pete.

I can't believe he's gone. We just went camping together. I was just giving pointers on how to train indy. He was so enthusiastic about his laser cutter. I've known Pete since I was 16 and I moved to dundalk we lost touch a bit. He always helped me when I needed him. He's the only one of my friends I kept in touch with and I find his death unacceptable. I'm so sorry for Mary and Michelle . Luv you brother I will miss you

I met Peter many years ago when we delivered pizza together. Everytime I saw him he was always so kind. My condolences to his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.

Pete and I had a disagreement a few years ago, and we hadn't spoken since. I was very saddened to hear of his passing, as I was hoping that someday we'd get back in touch and work things out. I met Pete in Orangeville in grade 10 through our mutual friend Steve. We spent our time together back then playing D&D, partying, and enjoying our young lives. Later in life, Pete and I worked at some of the same locations, and although some of those jobs sucked, Pete always made work fun with his jokes and general attitude about things. Pete amazed me with his musical talents. Him and I started playing guitar about the same time, and he and I jammed together a few times over the years before I left Orangeville to move to Toronto. I watched him go from being very shy about singing and playing, to being totally comfortable with it, and rockin' it well. He far surpassed me in musical talent as we got older, and I was always so impressed at how much time and dedication he put into learning new material. Every time I dropped in he would show me what he learned and I was always so impressed with how he just got better and better and better.
Pete loved to party, and had kind of a hippy exterior when I knew him well, but beneath that exterior was a very creative and mechanical mind. I was constantly blown away by his ingenuity whenever I would come visit and he would show me the latest contraption he had built or invented, or the phenomenal costumes he would create. He was a lot smarter than people gave him credit for. He had amazing potential, and loved to laugh, and make others laugh. Every time I ever spent with Pete was hilarious, and I have many good times to remember him by. My condolences go out to Pete's family and friends. He was too young to be taken so soon, and I will miss his laugh, and the joy that he spread to others. RIP Pete.

Pete was so fun, kind, & talented. He had an amazing connection with his fur babies Kramer, Swiper, & Indy. He taught them tricks and brought our thier personalities, they meant the world to him. Pete could do anything he set his mind to. He played guitar for us and he was great. I remember his soft spoken voice, and his wonderful sense of humor. He will live on in our memories. RIP Pete. You were a wonderful person. The photo enclosed is from a Halloween party at my brothers in 2011.
