Like everyone at the Charlottetown Festival, I loved and respected Bonnie. She embodied what was best about the Alan Lund years there: through discipline and industry comes inspiration and joy.

Bonnie was the Ultimate Ensemble Member. Fierce, dedicated, talented, and FUNNY! My first season at Charlottetown (my first ever professional job) I would have been totally lost without her. She taught me the importance of hard work, practice, and just, well, Showing Up and Being Present.
I really admired her talent and professionalism.
RIP, Dear Bonnie. You were a wonder.

I just found out about the passing of Bonnie. She took me under her wing during my first professional gig in Anne of Green Gables at the Charlottetown Festival. She was strong dancer and made EVERONE work hard and it was all for the good. The very essence of “tough love”. I’ve thought about her often over the years and sad to learn of her passing. Rest in Peace dear Bonnie.

I just learned today that Bonnie passed. She was the choreographer of the very first musical I performed in at Sudbury Theatre Centre about 40 years ago. I simply adored her. I’m very sorry for your loss.
