Please share a memory of Patricia to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

January 24, 1930 – January 2, 2023

Passed away peacefully in her sleep in her 93rd year on January 02, 2023. Reunited in heaven with her loving husband of 43 years Jeffrey (2001).  Predeceased by her parents, Fred James and Matilda O’Neill.  Our adored mom is survived by her children; Brenda Lancaster Wagg (Bryan), Janet Lancaster Gomes (Luis), David Lancaster (Karen), Predeceased by her daughter Heather Lancaster McLeish (2011) Loving grandmother to Lisa (John), James (Rosa), Donald, Matthew, Constance (Quinn), Lucis (Michelle), Jason, Stephanie, Charlene.  Doting GG to her great Grandchildren; Hailey (Vanessa), Noah, Jeffrey, Mason, Jacob, Eva, Odete, Novia, Siena, Mavis, Wyatt and one more Great Grandbaby due in April. She will be dearly missed by her extended family and friends.

Our mom had an infectious smile and memorable laugh that you could hear from across the room.  The love for her family was like no other.  She loved family dinners, playing family games, and good old card games of Crib or Euchre.  Her love of Big Band and Jazz music could be heard in her kitchen day and night.  But her love for her Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Argos was undeniable. She held a single season ticket to the Argos for 37 years and was thrilled to watch them win one more Grey Cup 2022.  She was the #1 Fan.   ARGOOOOS!!!!!

Our Matriarch will always hold a special place in all our hearts.  She was strong, resilient and the best role model our family could have.  We will cherish all the memories we have created and will never let them go.

A special thank you to the PSW’s that looked after her in her final days Sharnette, Nancy, Trevor, Carol Ann and the rest of the team at Avalon, for all their care, and a special thank you to our nurse/neighbour Maddie.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Diabetes Canada or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
