Obituary of Laurie-Ann FULLER

FULLER, LAURIE- ANN (nee Scott) It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of a beautiful soul. Peacefully, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her family and friends, at the age of 62, in Grand Valley, Ontario, on Saturday, September 4th, 2021, Laurie ended her long four-year battle of extensive illnesses and complications. Survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Robert (Bob) Fuller. Predeceased by her sibling, Ricky Scott and her parents Barbara and William Scott. Laurie will be deeply missed by her siblings Vickie Stacey (Martin Stacey), Randy Scott, Kelli VanEerde (Steve McCrea), Mandy Scott. Forever missed by her pride and joy; her children, Brandon Fuller (Alex Johnson), Candy Fuller (Jimmy Trimper) and Matthew Fuller (Alicia Fuller). Forever remembered by her cherished grandchildren Ciera, Keegan, Micheal, Robert, Braden, Kayla, Damien, Mya, Kaydan, Rayne, Kadrina, Jayden, Ayven, and Oakley. Deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews; as well as by all her friends that quickly became family. Laurie took pride in the work she did with Autistic Adults when she was younger, this work gave her much joy and many rewards. However, her greatest of joys was being a mother and grandmother. A well known and loved community member of Grand Valley, Ontario, Laurie was gifted with a natural ability to love everyone deeply and effortlessly. She will be remembered for just that, her heart of gold and the endless love she gave to everyone that entered her life. Many of Laurie’s children’s friends would come to her to find support and advice; she quickly became “mom” to many of those friends. Laurie made such an impact on every person who had the pleasure of crossing her path that it left an ever-lasting imprint on their hearts. Laurie was always up for a get together, the larger the gathering, the happier she was and with that being said, at her request and in honour of one of the things that made her the happiest there will be no formal funeral rather a celebration of life gathering that will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at her home outside of Grand Valley.
