Obituary of David Gordon NORTON

October 1, 1936 - August 29, 2021 A limb has fallen from the family tree, That says please don’t grieve for me. Remember the Best Times, the Laughter, the Songs, The Good Life I lived while I was Strong We are sadden by the loss of our dearest DAVID GORDON NORTON in his 85th year, passed peacefully on Sunday August 29, 2021. Leaving his loving Wife & soul mate of 64 yrs., Patricia (Morrison) and loving & caring Sons Paul (Collingwood) and Timothy (Orangeville). Predeceased by daughter KimMarie & Daughter-in-law MaryAnn. Also brother Carl and brother-in-law George. David will be fondly remembered by his sister Betty, sister-in-law Ada, Marylee (Brian) and brother-in-law’s Bruce, Robert (Linda), Martin (Nicole) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Retired Engineer with C.P.Rail (Toronto) with 40 yrs service. Family would like to thank Dr. Josephson, Oncology Department, Palliative Care Unit. and In Memoriam - Randy Mugford for his comforting words & care shown to our family. Cremation has taken place. At David’s request there will be no service. “NO CHILD SHOULD GO HUNGRY”.
