COVID-19 RESPONSE - WE ARE HERE TO HELP!
IN MEMORIAM FUNERAL SERVICES RESPONDS TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Life in our community certainly has changed over the last month. In every facet of our society, we are all adjusting to a new way of life. While the health of our Team Members and the families we serve remain our top priority, we also accept our ongoing responsibility to support our community during this time of need. The Ontario Government has designated our business as part of the country's essential services, and as such, we remain open and ready to provide service for our families and community in this time of need.
The message that every one of our Team Members would like to communicate to you is this: “We are open and here to support you by delivering the high-quality services your families have come to expect – regardless of the circumstances.” While the approach we may use in delivering services today is slightly different than what we have done in the past, families can continue to count on us to use all of our resources to help them memorialize their loved ones in the most respectful and caring way.
To help reinforce social distancing guidelines set forth by the government, our Event Facility is closed but our office remains open. We are continuing to provide services to families and our community through the power of technology. Arrangements for a loved one can be made by telephone, email, video calling or screen sharing. No matter what your preference of communication, we are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Because the health and safety of our Team Members and communities are our top priority, we continually re-evaluate our policies and procedures to comply with all regulatory mandates. That way, we can ensure that every Team Member is equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment and our facilities remain safe environment to work in.
We have a great sense of pride and ownership in the community we serve. This public health crisis only strengthens that commitment and our desire to continue to serve families with the same high levels of care and dedication. While our thoughts and prayers go out to all the families, friends, and communities impacted by the Coronavirus, please know that we are here to help you navigate this very trying time. We’ll get through this together.
